Se acercan varios días sin cole y las vacaciones de Navidad. Por este motivo hoy quiero recomendarte cinco películas de temática navideña que en nuestra casa triunfan. Todas ellas las hemos visto con los niños y nos han gustado un montón. Además, te dejo el link al post con las pelis que vimos las Navidades pasadas.

Polar Expréss
Esta película, basada en el libro infantil de mismo título, ilustrado y escrito por Chris Van Allsburg en 1985, está dirigida por Robert Zemeckis y se estrenó en 2004. Su argumento está íntegramente versado en la temporada navideña.
La historia relata las aventuras que vive un niño de 8 años de edad en la noche del 24 de diciembre, en Nochebuena, justo cuando comienza a perder la esperanza de creer en la existencia de Santa Claus y el espíritu que conlleva celebrar la Navidad. Al prepararse para dormir, un estruendoso ruido se escucha frente a su habitación provocando una breve perturbación sísmica, ocasionada a su vez por un enorme tren que se ha detenido justo enfrente de la puerta de su hogar. El niño sale impresionado de su habitación y, mientras está explorando el exterior del misterioso tren, es invitado a abordarlo por el boletero del mismo (Tom Hanks) y, aunque se niega primeramente, al final termina corriendo para subirse a bordo. A partir de ese momento comienza una gran aventura que le ayudará a seguir creyendo en el espíritu navideño.
La historia es maravillosa, a nosotros nos ha gustado muchísimo. ¡La recomiendo!
Mis hijos descubrieron hace unas semanas los Muppets, nuestros Teleñecos, y están como locos con ellos, así que estas navidades disfrutaremos con Una navidad con Los Muppets. Esta película versiona el clásico Cuento de Navidad de Charles Dickens y brilla con humor y fantasía en las manos de los Teleñecos. La historia cuenta como La noche de navidad los fantasmas visitan al señor Scrooge y lo transportan a su pasado, presente y futuro, ofreciéndole un panorama muy poco alentador.
Se armó el Belén
A la mayor esta película le gustó bastante. Este film es de 2017 y cuenta la historia de Bo, un burrito pequeño, pero valiente, que anhela una vida más allá de su rutina diaria en el molino del pueblo. Un día reúne el coraje necesario para cumplir la aventura de sus sueños. En su viaje conocerá a Ruth, una adorable oveja que ha perdido su rebaño, y a Dave, una paloma con grandes aspiraciones. Durante su camino, en el que siguen una Estrella muy especial, encontrarán además a tres camellos y a otros excéntricos animales. Todos ellos se convertirán en los héroes no reconocidos de la primera Navidad.
Me parece una buena opción para disfrutar de una tarde en familia.
Este año Mickey Mouse cumple 90 años y una de sus películas no podía faltar en esta selección. En este film Mickey, Minnie y sus famosos amigos Goofy, Donald, Daisy y Pluto recuerdan juntos las Navidades pasadas en estas tres maravillosas historias. Los famosos sobrinos de Donald: Jorgito, Juanito y Jaimito sueñan con que cada día sea Navidad. Lo desean con tantas fuerzas que su deseo se ve cumplido. A la mañana siguiente vuelve a ser Navidad, pasan los días y sigue siendo Navidad hasta que terminan por aburrirse y empiezan a ver el otro significado que tiene la Navidad, no sólo regalos y juguetes, sino también amor, amistad y cariño. Por otra parte, Goofy y Max reviven juntos divertidas historias. En una Navidad habían perdido la ilusión de que Papá Noel existiera, pero se verán sorprendidos cuando el día de Nochebuena reciban la visita del verdadero Papa Noel que hará que esas Navidades sean insuperables. Por último, Minnie y Mickey se darán cuenta de que es más importante disfrutar el uno del otro en la Navidad, que del regalo en si mismo. Como broche final se reúnen todos nuestros personajes para desearnos una ¡Feliz Navidad!
